We currently ship to all 50 US States via FedEx 3-Day. We also offer FedEx Overnight shipping for a flat rate (not available to Hawaii or Alaska). We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. We offer free FedEx 3-Day shipping on all domestic US orders above a minimum threshold (see banner). In most cases, orders placed before 2pm EST will ship out same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship out the following day.

*Please note that all transit times quoted on our website are provided by our 3rd party shipping carriers. Some orders may incur shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, which are out of our control, such as COVID-19.

We currently ship internationally to most countries via FedEx. We do NOT ship to Spain or Mexico due to customs restrictions. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location. We do not offer dynamic international shipping rates, which means customers are responsible to pay for additional charges by the destination country. Customs charges may include, but are not limited to: duties, taxes, and any import fees. Please note that we arenot able to see or anticipate these costs, and they are simply calculated by the destination country based on weight and declaration value. We currently ship to the following U.S. Territories: Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We charge a flat rate of $15 with free shipping on orders over $150.

We offer a 30-day full refund policy for items that are unused and unopened. Product(s) must be returned in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened products. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
